These Promotional Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the offers,
consultations, inspections, and promotional statements presented on
this landing page and in related advertisements by Northwest Custom
Builders ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By submitting your
information through this landing page, you acknowledge that these
Terms apply to the advertised promotion and related communications.
1. Promotional Offer Overview
This landing page may advertise one or more of the following,
subject to qualification and availability:
- a complimentary 30-minute whole-home remodel consultation;
-
discussion of remodeling concepts, materials, budgeting, and
project planning;
-
eligibility for a complimentary exterior house wash and/or roof
inspection, subject to qualification;
-
information regarding qualifying fixed-price and 90-day build
commitments.
All offers are subject to these Terms, project qualification,
service-area limits, scheduling availability, safety limitations,
operational capacity, and any final written agreement where
applicable.
2. Limited Monthly Offer
Any reference to a Month Offer or to the first 8 Kittitas County
homeowners means the promotion is limited to the first eight
qualifying homeowners in Kittitas County who:

submit the required inquiry form during the promotional period;
- are contacted by Northwest Custom Builders;
- meet the qualification criteria for the offer; and
- are accepted by Northwest Custom Builders for scheduling.
Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, eligibility,
scheduling, or receipt of any specific free service or project
offer. Northwest Custom Builders reserves the right to modify,
pause, extend, substitute, or withdraw the promotion at any time.
3. Complimentary 30-minute Consultation
The advertised complimentary 30-minute whole-home remodel
consultation is an introductory planning session intended to discuss
potential remodeling goals, budget ranges, design direction,
material options, and project fit. Unless expressly stated otherwise
in writing, the complimentary consultation does not include:
- architectural plans;
- engineering;
- permit documents;
- construction drawings;
- final specifications;
- a binding quote;
- a guaranteed timeline;
- interior design deliverables;
- full scope development; or
- a final written construction agreement.
Any information discussed during the consultation is preliminary and
for informational purposes only unless later incorporated into a
signed written agreement.
4. Fixed-Price and 90-Day Build Statements
References to a fixed price, fixed budget, 90-day timeline, 90-day
build, or Fixed-Price + 90 Day Build Legacy Guarantee apply only to
qualifying projects and only under a signed written agreement
containing the final scope, selections, assumptions, inclusions,
exclusions, allowances, and schedule. Any preliminary estimate,
consultation budget, verbal range, or planning number is not
binding. A fixed price applies only to the defined contractual scope
and may be adjusted for:
- owner-requested changes;
- upgrades or revised selections;
- concealed or unknown conditions;
- structural or site issues;
- code-required changes;
- permit or governmental requirements;
- utility requirements;
- financing delays;
- owner-caused delays;
- force majeure events;
- supplier or subcontractor delays; and
- any exclusions stated in the contract.
Any 90-day completion commitment applies only after all
pre-construction requirements are complete, including final scope
approval, signed contract, finalized selections, site readiness,
permit issuance where required, and scheduling confirmation. The
90-day period excludes delays outside our reasonable control,
including weather, inspections, utility delays, client decision
delays, material lead times, and change orders. Unless specifically
stated in a signed written contract, no promotional language creates
a refund right, liquidated damages right, penalty payment, or
expanded warranty obligation.
5. Marketing and Comparative Statements
Statements on this landing page describing common renovation
problems, builder decision-making, or differences between Northwest
Custom Builders and other contractors are opinion-based marketing
statements intended to describe our approach. They are not factual
representations about any specific competitor. Statements regarding
premium results, owner accountability, integrated delivery,
magazine-quality finishes, luxury interiors, or similar phrases are
descriptive and aspirational. Actual outcomes vary by property,
scope, budget, selections, site conditions, and client
participation.
6. Experience and Process Statements
References to 30 years or 30+ years of experience refer to the
relevant construction, trade, project management, and leadership
experience informing the Company's methods and approach. Such
statements do not necessarily mean the Company has operated in its
current legal form for that full period. References to the
BuiltRight Certainty Process describe our internal project
methodology. The exact process, level of owner involvement,
sequencing, design support, and project coordination may vary by
project. Statements such as direct owner leadership, one accountable
system, no hand-off, or the same person who scopes your project
oversees its execution describe the intended management model for
qualifying projects, but do not guarantee that a single individual
performs every task or that outside vendors, subcontractors,
consultants, or project team members will never be involved.
7. Material Selection and Product Performance
Statements regarding roofing rated for snow loads, siding evaluated
for wind and moisture exposure, countertops that resist fading, and
materials curated for Central Washington conditions are intended to
describe our general selection philosophy and planning process.
Actual product performance depends on:
- manufacturer specifications;
- final product selection;
- installation quality;
- exposure conditions;
- site orientation;
- weather severity;
- maintenance; and
- other factors outside our control.
Nothing in this landing page guarantees that a product will be
immune from wear, fading, moisture intrusion, cracking, movement,
weather-related deterioration, or other performance issues over
time.
8. Vendor and Wholesale Partnership Statements
References to premium vendor partnerships or wholesale partnerships
describe business relationships with certain vendors, suppliers,
distributors, or showrooms. These references do not guarantee:
- exclusivity;
- lowest market pricing;
- preferred pricing for every item;
- continued access to a specific brand; or
-
that comparable products are unavailable from other builders or
vendors.
9. Complimentary House Wash Offer
The advertised complimentary low-pressure or high-pressure house
wash is available only for qualifying residential properties
approved by Northwest Custom Builders.
House Wash Eligibility
To qualify, the property must satisfy all applicable criteria
determined by Northwest Custom Builders, including but not limited
to the following:
-
the home must be located within Kittitas County, unless
Northwest Custom Builders approves service outside that area in
its sole discretion;
- the home must be 3,000 square feet or less;
- the home must not exceed 2 stories;
-
basements are not counted as a story, but a daylight basement is
counted as a story;
-
the exterior must be in a condition suitable for a single
complimentary wash;
-
the exterior material type, age, current integrity, and
condition must be suitable for cleaning under manufacturer
recommendations and Northwest Custom Builders' assessment; and
-
the property must have safe and reasonable access for service.
Northwest Custom Builders reserves the sole right to determine
whether a property qualifies for a complimentary wash and whether a
low-pressure or high-pressure method, if any, is appropriate.
House Wash Method and Material Condition
No exterior material is automatically excluded from consideration.
However, all surfaces are subject to review based on age, visible
condition, structural integrity, manufacturer guidance, and
suitability for washing. Northwest Custom Builders may decline to
wash any surface that, in its judgment, may be damaged by washing,
may not withstand the selected cleaning method, or is otherwise
unsuitable for service.
House Wash Exclusions
The complimentary house wash does not include:
- homes exceeding 3,000 square feet;
- homes exceeding 2 stories;
- detached garages;
- accessory dwelling units;
- shops, barns, sheds, or any other separate structures;
- roofs;
- gutters;
-
heavily soiled homes requiring more than a single standard wash
pass;
-
properties outside Kittitas County unless expressly approved by
Northwest Custom Builders; or
-
homes with unsafe access, unsafe site conditions, or exterior
conditions that make service impractical or unsafe.
Heavily Soiled Homes
If a home is excessively dirty, stained, or otherwise requires more
than a single standard pass to achieve acceptable cleaning results,
the home will not qualify for the complimentary wash as offered. At
Northwest Custom Builders' discretion, the homeowner may be given
the option to pay the upfront cost for any additional cleaning,
prep, or multiple-pass washing needed to bring the home to a
condition suitable for the complimentary single wash. In that event,
only the standard qualifying wash portion of the service will be
provided at no charge, and all additional cleaning or prep work must
be paid for by the homeowner.
No Cash Value
The complimentary house wash has no cash value, is non-transferable,
may not be redeemed for credit or cash, and may not be substituted
for any other service.
10. Complimentary Roof Inspection Offer
The advertised complimentary roof inspection is a limited visual
inspection available only for qualifying primary residences approved
by Northwest Custom Builders.
Roof Inspection Eligibility
To qualify, the property and roof must satisfy all applicable
criteria determined by Northwest Custom Builders, including but not
limited to the following:
- the inspection applies only to the primary residence;
- detached structures and outbuildings are excluded;
- the roof pitch must not exceed 6:12;
-
the home must not exceed 1 story, except that a 2-story home may
qualify only if it has no basement and no daylight basement;
- the maximum building height is 25 feet;
-
the property must have safe and reasonable access for
inspection; and
-
weather and site conditions must allow for a safe inspection.
Metal roofs are not automatically excluded and may be inspected if
Northwest Custom Builders determines the roof can be safely assessed
either in person, by drone, or by another appropriate visual method.
Northwest Custom Builders reserves the sole right to determine
whether a property qualifies for the complimentary inspection and
whether the inspection will be performed by physical access, drone,
or other visual means.
Scope of Inspection
The complimentary roof inspection is a basic visual inspection only.
It is intended to identify visible issues or apparent concerns
observable at the time of inspection. A basic written report will be
included. However, the report is limited in nature and is not as
detailed as an insurance inspection, lender inspection, engineering
report, forensic inspection, or other specialized third-party
evaluation.
Roof Inspection Exclusions
The complimentary roof inspection does not include:
- roofs with a pitch greater than 6:12;
- homes exceeding the story or height limits stated above;
-
detached garages, shops, barns, sheds, accessory structures, or
any structure other than the primary residence;
- destructive testing;
- invasive moisture testing;
- engineering analysis;
- code compliance certification;
- insurance adjuster services;
- lender-required inspection reports;
- repair cost estimates unless separately provided;
- warranty determinations; or
-
any guarantee that all defects, leaks, storm damage, ventilation
issues, flashing issues, installation deficiencies, or concealed
conditions will be discovered.
Inspection Limitations
Because the complimentary inspection is visual and limited in scope,
Northwest Custom Builders does not guarantee that all existing or
future roofing issues will be identified. Hidden defects,
intermittent leaks, subsurface deterioration, concealed damage, and
conditions not visible at the time of inspection may not be
discovered. Northwest Custom Builders may decline, postpone, or
limit the inspection due to unsafe conditions, weather, roof
condition, access limitations, excessive height, excessive pitch, or
other site-specific concerns.
No Cash Value
The complimentary roof inspection has no cash value, is
non-transferable, may not be redeemed for credit or cash, and may
not be substituted for any other service
11. Service Area
Promotional offers are available only within Northwest Custom
Builders' designated service area. At minimum, the monthly offer
described on this landing page is directed to Kittitas County
homeowners, but Northwest Custom Builders may further restrict or
extend availability based on travel distance, scheduling
practicality, staffing, safety, and service logistics.
12. No Cash Value / Non-Transferability
All complimentary promotional offers:
- have no cash value;
- are non-transferable;
- may not be redeemed for cash;
- may not be substituted for another service or product; and
-
may not be applied retroactively to prior work, prior contracts,
or ongoing projects unless expressly approved in writing.
13. Scheduling and Availability
All consultations, washes, inspections, and project opportunities
are subject to scheduling availability, weather, staffing, safety
requirements, and operational capacity. Northwest Custom Builders
does not guarantee appointment availability within any particular
period unless expressly agreed in writing.
14. Form Submission and Communications Consent
By submitting your information through this landing page, you
consent to be contacted by Northwest Custom Builders regarding your
inquiry by phone, email, and text message, including appointment
scheduling, follow-up, and project-related communications, subject
to applicable law. Consent to receive communications is not a
condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt
out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP, and may
opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in
those emails.
15. No Contractor-Client Relationship Created by Form Submission
Submitting this form, booking a consultation, or receiving a
complimentary wash or inspection does not by itself create a
contractor-client relationship or obligate Northwest Custom Builders
to accept the project. Any construction, remodeling, roofing, or
related services will be governed solely by a separate written
agreement signed by both parties.
16. Testimonials and Word-of-Mouth Statements
Any references to word-of-mouth growth, customer praise,
testimonials, or examples of prior projects are illustrative only.
Individual customer experiences vary, and past client experiences do
not guarantee future project outcomes.
17. Errors and Revisions
Northwest Custom Builders reserves the right to correct
typographical errors, pricing errors, offer-description errors, and
other inaccuracies at any time.
